Went in last night like 30 mins or less before they closed cause I broke my boyfriends piece and needed to replace it. Told them the whole story and they took care of me and got me what I needed and gave me an awesome price. To be honest with everyone this smoke shop is very honest. they are always loyal to their customer and they are also respectful. I always like coming to this 420 Vape and smoke shop on Williams in Kenner, la because every time I walk in they are always welcoming people. they don’t judge the book by its cover. they are reasonable with their prices and always communicate as a team.

I have to say by far the best employees and friendly faces here... I had an incident happen and Vic, Alli, and Robbie went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was taken care of ... I just left here, and I know for a fact I’ll be back. The guy that rang me up was so nice from the time I came in until I left. They kept my stuff in a bag over night since I had to come back the next day. They all smile and greet you. This shop is literally a vibe. I explained to them what I was looking for and they were so patient with me. I highly recommend them. Bonus is how good the store looks everything. 10 stars!

Excellent customer service! from I think his name was Robby, I'd be more sure if it wasn't for what I've done with my purchase tonight. I got the most insane deal on a grav labs rig this afternoon. I would come here every day if it wasn't a 7 hour drive. Highly recommend you browse their selection if you find yourself nearby!
